Trin Lively, MDT, CGC Evaluator, IACP Affiliate
Hey there, I’m Trin! I’m a Denver-based dog trainer with a passion for teaching humans and their animals to work together. I’ve been in the professional dog training space since 2023, when I graduated as a Master Dog Trainer through Highland Canine. I’ve dedicated over 1,000 formal educational hours to the art and science of dog training, and now give that gift to pet owners & service dog handlers across Colorado.
I am a registered AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and an affiliate member of the International Association of Canine Professionals. My methods are modern, grounded in the wider field of behavioral science, and tempered by multiple years of practical application with pet dogs & their owners, from reactive rescue dogs in Downtown Denver to working service dogs traveling nationwide. I train, work, & compete in Disc, competition Obedience, mold detection, and protection sports with my personal dogs.
I believe that a strong relationship, clear communication, and high motivation are the keys to effective dog training, and my entire system is based around these tenets. I focus heavily on empowering the human end of the leash, creating results that stick around long after your set of lessons end. Let’s get in touch!

Service Dog Training
Reliable, independent, real-world working dogs. I specialize in working with owner-trainers to build a service dog who tasks consistently, works quietly and with minimal feedback, and who can handle real distractions and public pressure.
I work with autism assistance, allergen detection, mobility, and PTSD service dogs. I do not train seizure/diabetic/cardiac alerts, although I will work with animals who are already alerting naturally and need help in other areas. I do not currently train service animals for anxiety. I work with handlers of all ages.
Pet & Sport Training
Custom programs for puppies, off-leash training, house & leash manners, obedience, reactivity, and companion sports.
Whatever your goals are with your dog, I can help you achieve them. I work with all breeds, ages, and backgrounds, and your training plan is always personalized to your individual dog.
